MigratezCRM data migrations

Your CRM is more than records. Your migration should be too.

Migratez moves everything your new CRM can hold: records, custom fields, history and the relationships your business depends on.

Built for teams leading their own switch, and for implementation partners who manage migrations for clients.

Connect the CRM you are leaving with read-only access. See your record count and price before you connect the destination. Nothing moves until you ask for it. How we handle your data.

See the plan

Everything your new CRM can hold comes with you.

That includes custom fields, activity history and the relationships between records, not only the fields both CRMs happen to share.

You can leave unused custom fields behind. We can create a destination field for data with no native home. The free assessment shows what will land before you commit.

No.What arrivesIn
01

Relationships, not just records

Deals stay attached to the right contacts and companies, activities stay attached to the right records, and the links between them are rebuilt on the other side.

02

Your custom fields come with you

They are found on the source and created on the destination before any record is written. Not flattened into a notes field.

03

History, not just the current state

Notes, calls, emails and meetings, with their file attachments, owners and timestamps intact.

04

Owners, pipelines and stages are reconciled

Matched to the destination's users and stages rather than reset to a default.

05

Nothing is silently rewritten

Where a conversion is genuinely lossy, the original value is carried across alongside it, so you can always see what the data was before we touched it.

06

A field with no home is brought along

If the destination has no native place for something you use, we can create one for it rather than drop it.

07

You see the whole map before you commit

The free assessment reports what is actually in your source, every object's record count and every custom field's fill rate, and the plan shows how each field will land.

08

We name the ceiling before you pay

Where a destination genuinely cannot hold something, we say so up front, checked against that vendor's own documentation. Nothing surfaces in month two.

The CRM you are leaving stays read-only

Migratez reads your source and never writes back to it.

A stopped run does not start over

Progress is saved as the migration runs. If it pauses, it resumes where it left off without writing anything twice.

A rerun updates instead of duplicating

Migrated records stay linked to their originals, so later runs update what is already there.

You can undo the records Migratez added

One action removes those records in reverse. Provisioned fields and shared catalogue data remain in place.

A 30-day money-back guarantee, from the day your migration completes. Read the terms.

For implementation partners

Turn migration from custom engineering into a repeatable delivery step.

Bring Migratez into a client engagement when both of the client's CRMs are listed above. You keep the relationship and the implementation strategy. Migratez gives the data move a clear scope, a plan, a price and a named person who runs it.

Scope before you quote

Connect the source to get its real record count, custom-field usage and migration price before you commit to the work.

Give clients something concrete to review

The migration plan shows what moves, what gets created and what cannot come across cleanly.

Keep delivery focused on the implementation

Migratez handles the data movement while you own discovery, CRM configuration, process design and adoption.

Who runs this

One accountable person runs the migration.

I am Sushant. I built Migratez, and I run every migration myself. You can follow the run in the product, and you get my email if something needs attention.

The safeguards do not depend on taking my word for it. Your source stays read-only, the plan comes before the run, and the records Migratez adds can be undone.

How it works

Six steps, with a clear owner for each one.

No.

Step

  1. 01

    Choose your CRMs

Pick the CRM you are leaving and the one you are moving to.

    You
  2. 02

    Connect

Sign in to the CRM you are leaving with read-only access. That one connection is enough to count your records and show your price. Connect the destination next. It needs read and write access so the fields your data needs can be set up before any record is written.

    You
  3. 03

    Assess the data

The source assessment reports every object's record count and every custom field's fill rate. Your price is based on the record count. After you connect the destination, we check what it can hold. Nothing is written to either system during either assessment.

Questions

Know what happens before you connect.

Can I run the migration myself?

You run the free assessment, review the plan and make the decisions. I run the migration itself and stay reachable while it moves. You keep control without having to write or monitor migration scripts.

Do I have to connect both CRMs to see a price?

No. Connect the CRM you are leaving with read-only access. That is enough to count your records and show your price. Connect the destination afterwards to complete the plan.

How can an implementation partner use Migratez?

Start each supported client migration with a free source assessment, then use the plan and price in your delivery process. If migrations are a recurring part of your work, contact me to discuss how you want to run them.

What if the new CRM cannot hold some of my data?

The plan names that limit before you pay. Where it makes sense, Migratez can create a field for data that has no existing place. Where the CRM cannot hold something at all, you see that clearly before the run.

What does undo remove?

It removes the records Migratez added, in reverse order. Fields created for the migration remain but are empty. Shared catalogue data also remains because other work in the destination may depend on it.
