The record-count price is for the migrations we publish. Where you need one between two systems we have not built yet, we agree the price with you after the free assessment. Either way, the assessment comes first and it is free. See the migrations we publish.

Guarantee
The refund and the reversal are two separate things. Undoing a migration is part of the product, and it is there whenever you want it.

If you are not satisfied, ask us for a refund within 30 days of your migration being marked complete. We reverse the migrated data out of the destination and refund you. The full terms are on our Terms page.

Questions before you start

Is the assessment really free?
Yes. It reads your source and writes to nothing at all. You get every object’s record count and every custom field’s fill rate, and we check that against what your destination can take, so you see what will move and the price before you commit to anything.
How is the price worked out?
By the number of records the migration moves, one time, from the tiers above. The assessment gives you the exact count, so the price comes from your real data rather than a sales call.
What counts as a record?
The objects in your source that get moved: your contacts, companies, deals, and the notes, calls, emails, and meetings that make up your history. The assessment counts them for you.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time price for the migration, with no recurring charge.
Do I pay before I see what will move?
No. The assessment and the plan come first. You see exactly what will move and the price, and only then do you decide.
What if I have more than 200,000 records?
The Sea plan covers up to 200,000, then adds one dollar for every additional 100 records. Very large migrations are agreed with our team after the assessment.
Can your team run the migration for me?
Yes. Some migrations we run with our team rather than end to end in the app, and the price for those is agreed with you after the free assessment. Either way the assessment comes first, and it is free.
