Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2nd June 2025
Thank you for choosing Migratez. We care deeply about your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Migratez (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you visit our website or use our services. Migratez is a platform that helps users securely and reliably migrate data between CRM systems.
By using Migratez, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of our services.
If you have any questions or concerns about how your information is handled, you can contact us at:
Email: support@migratez.com
We encourage you to read this policy in full to understand your rights and our responsibilities.
1. What Information We Collect
To deliver and improve the services offered by Migratez, we collect both personal and non-personal information through direct input, automation, and third-party tools.
A. Information You Provide to Us
When you interact directly with our service (such as signing up or contacting support), we may collect:
• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• CRM Credentials: API keys, access tokens, and other configuration details required to connect with your source and destination CRM platforms.
• Support Communications: Any information you send to us via contact forms, chat, or email.
• Payment Information: If you make a purchase, we collect billing-related information necessary to process the transaction. All payments are securely handled through a PCI DSS and FEMA compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use our website or platform, we collect certain technical data automatically, including:
• IP address
• Browser type and device information
• Operating system
• Referring URLs
• Pages visited and actions taken
• Timestamps and session duration
This information helps us maintain platform security and monitor system performance.
C. Data Processed During CRM Migrations
When you initiate a migration, Migratez temporarily accesses your CRM data (e.g., contacts, companies, deals, notes, etc.) strictly for the purpose of performing the migration you requested.
We do not store this data permanently, nor do we use it for analytics, training, or any unrelated processing. Temporary logs may be retained for troubleshooting and support purposes.
D. Third-Party Services and Analytics
We use the following third-party services to support functionality, security, and product improvement:
• Sign in with Google: If you choose to log in using your Google account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image to authenticate your identity and set up your Migratez account. This is done only with your explicit consent at login.
• Google reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA to detect bots and prevent abuse. reCAPTCHA collects behavioral and device metadata (like IP address and interaction patterns), which are sent to Google for risk analysis.
• PostHog Analytics: We use PostHog to understand user behavior and improve the product. This includes collecting pseudonymized or anonymized usage data, such as feature clicks, navigation flows, and session frequency. This data helps us improve usability and prioritize development.
You can learn more about these providers’ data handling practices here:

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that allows you to signal your preference to websites that you do not want your online activity to be tracked. At this time, Migratez does not respond to Do Not Track signals or similar browser settings.
There is currently no consistent industry standard for how DNT requests should be interpreted or implemented. If a standard emerges in the future, we will review our practices and update this section accordingly.
